NinaSarkisyants Bridal Couture

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 2, 2026

These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the NinaSarkisyants website and to all consultations, fittings, custom orders and purchases made with NinaSarkisyants Bridal Couture.

By confirming an order, approving an invoice or making a deposit or other payment after receiving these Terms, the Client confirms that they have read, understood and accepted them.

1. Website Information

The website is intended to present NinaSarkisyants collections, designs and services.

Website content, photographs, descriptions, prices and estimated production periods are provided for general information only. Nothing on the website constitutes a binding offer or guarantees the availability of a particular design, material or service.

Every order is considered individually and becomes binding only after written confirmation by NinaSarkisyants and receipt of the required payment.

2. Order Confirmation

The Client must carefully check all design details, measurements, materials, colours, prices, dates and delivery information before confirming an order.

The confirmed Order Summary, invoice, written design approvals and these Terms form the agreement between the Client and NinaSarkisyants.

Written approvals provided by email, WhatsApp or another agreed communication channel are considered final.

3. Custom Design and Changes

Sketches, photographs, mood boards, samples and digital visualisations are artistic references and do not guarantee an exact photographic reproduction in the finished gown.

Once the Client has approved the design, materials or embroidery, NinaSarkisyants may begin purchasing materials and producing the gown.

Changes requested after approval may require additional payment, extend the production period or be refused if they are technically impossible or may compromise the gown’s construction or quality.

NinaSarkisyants may make minor technical adjustments necessary for the fit, structure, balance or durability of the gown while preserving the approved design concept.

4. Measurements and Fittings

The Client is responsible for providing complete and accurate measurements and following the measurement instructions supplied by NinaSarkisyants.

For remote orders, measurements should be taken by an experienced tailor or other qualified professional.

NinaSarkisyants is not responsible for fitting issues caused by incorrect measurements, changes in weight or body shape, pregnancy, cosmetic procedures, different undergarments, shapewear, shoes or heel height.

Additional alterations required because the Client’s measurements or body have changed may be charged separately and may extend the completion date.

Where a gown is completed without a final in-person fitting, minor local alterations may be required and are the Client’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Alterations performed by another tailor without prior written approval are undertaken at the Client’s risk.

5. Handmade Couture

Every NinaSarkisyants gown is individually handcrafted.

Natural variations in embroidery, lace placement, beadwork, draping, colour, texture, stitching or symmetry are characteristics of handmade couture and are not considered defects.

The finished gown may differ slightly from sketches, photographs, samples or previously created gowns. Exact duplication of another handmade gown is not guaranteed.

6. Prices and Payments

The price, currency, deposit and payment schedule are confirmed individually in the invoice or Order Summary.

Production will not begin until the required initial payment has been received. Late payment suspends production and may extend the completion and delivery dates.

The gown will not be released or dispatched until all amounts due have been paid in full.

Bank charges, transfer fees, currency-conversion charges, customs duties, import taxes and other destination-country charges are the Client’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Additional design changes, embroidery, materials, fittings, alterations or urgent production requested after confirmation may be charged separately.

7. Cancellations, Deposits, Returns and Exchanges

All NinaSarkisyants gowns are couture creations individually made to order according to the Client’s measurements, selected design, materials and agreed specifications.

Each gown is handcrafted specifically for one Client and may involve individual pattern construction, couture corsetry, hand embroidery, exclusive fabrics and extensive atelier work. For this reason, production begins specifically for the confirmed order and the gown cannot subsequently be offered as a standard ready-made product.

Once an order has been confirmed and the initial payment or deposit has been received, the deposit is non-refundable in the event that the Client cancels the order, as design development, atelier time, materials and production capacity are reserved specifically for that Client.

Completed or partially completed made-to-measure and bespoke gowns are not eligible for return, exchange or refund due to a change of mind, change of circumstances, wedding cancellation, change of wedding date or any other reason attributable to the Client.

If an order is cancelled after work has begun, the Client remains responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for completed work, materials purchased or ordered and other costs arising from the cancellation, up to the total agreed order price.

These conditions apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and do not affect any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Production and Delivery

Production and delivery periods are estimates unless a specific date has been expressly guaranteed in writing.

Delays by the Client in providing payments, measurements, approvals, fitting attendance or delivery information automatically extend the production schedule.

NinaSarkisyants is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs authorities, transportation disruption, supplier delays, governmental restrictions, natural events or other circumstances outside its reasonable control.

The Client is responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information and for paying costs caused by an incorrect address, failed delivery, storage, redirection or repeated delivery attempt.

9. Claims and Care

The Client must inspect the gown as soon as reasonably possible after receiving it.

Any claim must include a written description and clear photographs. NinaSarkisyants must be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect the gown and, where appropriate, correct a confirmed manufacturing issue.

The gown must not be worn, cleaned, altered or repaired by a third party before NinaSarkisyants has had an opportunity to assess the reported issue.

NinaSarkisyants is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect cleaning, steaming, ironing, storage, transportation, cosmetics, perfume, jewellery, footwear, outdoor use, ordinary wear and tear or third-party alterations.

10. Intellectual Property

All NinaSarkisyants designs, sketches, patterns, embroidery layouts, photographs, videos, texts, trademarks, logos and other creative or technical materials remain the property of NinaSarkisyants or the relevant rights holder.

Purchase of a gown transfers ownership of the physical item only. It does not transfer copyright, design rights, reproduction rights or other intellectual-property rights.

The Client may not reproduce, manufacture, commercially copy or authorise the copying of a NinaSarkisyants design.

Website content may not be copied, modified, published, distributed or commercially used without prior written permission.

11. External Services

The website may contain links to messaging services, video platforms or other third-party websites.

NinaSarkisyants does not control these services and is not responsible for their availability, security, content or privacy practices.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NinaSarkisyants is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, emotional distress, loss of opportunity or expenses connected with a wedding, venue, travel, accommodation, photography, event cancellation or other third-party arrangements.

The Client is responsible for providing sufficient time for production, fittings, alterations, customs clearance and delivery.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of NinaSarkisyants relating to an order will not exceed the amount actually paid by the Client for that specific order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability or mandatory consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Changes and Severability

NinaSarkisyants may update these Terms by publishing a revised version on the website. Changes apply to future orders and do not materially alter an already confirmed order unless agreed with the Client or required by law.

If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
